2. FREIGHT-BROKERAGE ROLE

Veridian Freight LLC is preparing to provide property freight-brokerage services following completion of all required registrations and operating-authority requirements. Once authorized and operational, Veridian Freight will arrange transportation services through independent motor carriers and will not itself operate commercial motor vehicles or physically transport freight.

Motor carriers performing transportation services are independent businesses and are responsible for their equipment, drivers, operations, safety practices, regulatory compliance, and performance of the transportation services they accept.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as representing that Veridian Freight owns or operates a fleet of trucks.

3. NO CONTRACT CREATED BY WEBSITE USE

Your use of this website, submission of a form, request for a quote, email, telephone call, or other communication does not by itself create a broker-shipper agreement, broker-carrier agreement, transportation contract, agency relationship, partnership, or other binding business relationship.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Freight quotes, pricing indications, transit estimates, capacity discussions, and availability information provided through or in response to this website are preliminary unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Rates and availability may change based on shipment details, market conditions, carrier capacity, fuel costs, accessorial services, equipment requirements, scheduling, commodity information, dimensions, weight, and other relevant factors.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that Veridian Freight will accept, arrange, or cover a shipment.

5. CARRIER INFORMATION AND ONBOARDING

Motor carriers submitting information through this website must provide complete, current, and accurate company, authority, insurance, safety, equipment, contact, tax, payment, and factoring information.

Submission of carrier information does not guarantee approval, onboarding, future business, or load availability. Veridian Freight may request additional documentation and may approve, decline, suspend, or discontinue a carrier relationship subject to applicable agreements and business requirements.

Carriers remain responsible for maintaining all authority, licensing, insurance, safety qualifications, equipment, and documentation required for the transportation services they perform.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree that information you provide through this website will be accurate, complete, and submitted for a legitimate business purpose.

You must not impersonate another person or company, submit fraudulent information, misrepresent shipment details, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful activity.
