Direct support is available for pickup updates, transit status, delays, detention, appointment changes, and delivery confirmation.
03 — ORGANIZED DOCUMENTATION
Rate confirmations, bills of lading, proof-of-delivery requirements, and invoicing instructions are communicated clearly to help prevent payment delays.
CARRIER QUALIFICATION

Complete and accurate carrier information helps Veridian Freight review operating qualifications, equipment, insurance, service areas, and payment documentation before tendering freight.
01 — OPERATING AUTHORITY
Provide your legal company name, USDOT number, MC number, and information needed to verify that your operating authority is active and appropriate for the services offered.
02 — INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION
Submit a current certificate of insurance showing the liability and cargo coverage maintained by your company and the insurer’s contact information.
03 — SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
Provide accurate company and safety information needed for Veridian Freight's carrier review and onboarding process.
04 — EQUIPMENT & SERVICE AREA
Identify your available equipment, fleet capabilities, preferred lanes, operating regions, and the types of dry-van freight your company handles.
05 — DISPATCH & COMPANY CONTACTS
Provide primary dispatch, after-hours, accounting, claims, and managing contacts so important shipment information reaches the correct person.
06 — ONBOARDING & PAYMENT DOCUMENTS
Complete the carrier agreement and provide the required tax, payment, factoring, and notice-of-assignment documents, when applicable.
